About Us

Brandon & Associates Consulting Ltd. was incorporated in 1999 and carries Professional Liability Insurance underwritten by Lloyds. We provide building envelope consulting services on new construction projects and forensic investigations on existing buildings.

Since 2000, we have completed work on more than sixty new residential high-rise projects in North America. All of our work projects come from repeat clients and client referrals.  In Vancouver, we work in partnership with BC Building Science.

Services

As Design Consultants for Building Envelope and Waterproofing, we will provide design of the building envelope to the project architect or coordinating registered professional with respect to environmental separation and the performance of materials, components and assemblies of the building envelope. We will also review and edit or provide the specification sections relating to the building exterior assemblies and waterproofing materials.
